This is a note to my Daddy....

Daddy,

I miss you! Mom says that you're back in South Carolina because you had to stay and work....I'm not real sure what that means but I know you're not here. I can't wait to come home and see you and show you my new tricks! Last night I learned to blow raspberries, and today I think I learned how to crawl. I haven't got it down yet but I took a few slow strides. It was tiring so I haven't tried to do it again. I think my head's to heavy because everytime I try to crawl, except fot that once, my head is always on the floor. Did you hear, I have a new Aunty! I'm very excided! I was the life of the party! I liked to hang out with all the ladies....they love me! Everyone else loved me too, but you know how I like to flirt with the ladies....melt them with my smile! Well I have to go to bed, it's been a long day. I love you Daddy and I can't wait to see you. I miss you! Hugs and sloppy kisses! *muwa*

"This is me, the night before the wedding, can you see how excited I am? I can barley stand it, I'm going to have a new Aunty! I can't wait! Hey, did you notice my styling outfit from Mom and Papa Jamesson!?! I love it!"

" Uncle Jason and I hung out in the morning before his wedding. We were both tired because we were too excited to sleep! I'm ready to go get dressed, Let's go! Let's go! Let's go!"

"This is my Mom and my new Aunty Brenna....I wish we lived closer so we could spend more time with the family."

"Yeah, I decided to pig out today and eat 12oz of formula, big day, special occasion, I figured why not!?! You only live once."

Oregon...here I come!

Grandma and Grampa's first glimps of Miles and Amber in the airport on May 16th. It was so good to be on the ground again after being in the air all morning.

Miles loves his grandparents! He just can't stop smiling at them....or maybe it's his new carseat that he gets to ride in, it's pretty cool!

" Look what I can do! I can grab my feet and pull them up in the air, it's loads of fun! People are always telling me how cute I am, I have everyone wrapped around my little finger!"

"Grandma tried to feed me chicken, I didn't like it too much so mommy said that we'd try it again another day and that I could have apple sauce instead for tonight. I like apple sauce a lot better than chicken!"

"This is Mommy and Me at Uncle Jason's wedding rehersal. I got to see all kinds of pretty ladies and they all wanted to hold me and kept trying to get me to smile at them....I gave them what they wanted because you know how I love the ladies! I also learned to blow raspberries, mommy thinks it's funny, so I keep doing it! I can't wait to get back home to show Dad!"

We had a rough night last night. I think Miles missed me so he cried all night long so that I would come check on him. Today was a better day though, we went and visited with Ronda, Neil, and Elliot. Then when we got home, Miles had fun looking at himself in the mirror. It was so cute, he was talking to himself and trying to figure out why the baby in the mirror was doing everything he did....it was pretty funny. Daddy's been working late nights, we miss him! Morning time with Daddy is fun though, we're sure going to miss him when we visit Corvallis, Oregon! At the same time we're excited to see everyone, we love and miss you all!

"I don't know how he got in there, maybe he crawled under this thing...."

"Would you like to play with my toy? I can't take my eyes off of you, you're such a cute baby!"

Vacation to Savanah

We went to Savanah, GA this weekend to get away from everyday life. We had a good time, I think Miles likes to people watch just like his Mommy and Daddy. It was good to have lots of Daddy time! We think he might be teething again, we'll know soon enough if we're right in our assumtions. He had his 6 month check up today, he weighs 18 lbs 2 oz and is 27 inches long! The Doctor said he's in the 75th percentile for his height and weight and that he's developing perfectly! We'll try to update again soon. Enjoy the pictures!

This is Miles in a dresser drawer that we tried to use as his bed the first night in Savanah, GA because the hotel didn't have anymore cribs. Miles ended up sleeping with Mommy because he wanted to roll out of the drawer.

Miles and Daddy, isn't that cute!?! They dressed alike.....like Father like Son! The question is, "Did Pono dress like Miles? Or did Miles dress like Pono?"

Yesterday Eliza came over for a visit, Miles was so happy to see her and in all the excitement we forgot to take a picture! Oh well, we'll see her lots so there will be plenty of opertunities! She watched Miles while I went to the eye doctor, Miles said they had lots of fun! He can't wait to do it again. Then last night we went to Miles' massage class and saw his friends Quinn, Ben, and Anna...they had a blast! We got pictures! Today Miles and I went to Walmart with Jennifer & Corwin, Miles loves his buddy Corwin! Then we went to our breastfeeding support group, there were lots of babies there today! Now we are getting ready to leave for a weekend get away to Savanah, GA. We'll be back Sunday sometime and I'm sure well have tons of pictures to share! Have a good weekend!

Lazy Days

This week has been pretty lazy so far. Miles and I went for a walk yesterday, and today we just played around the house. Miss Mary Jefferson came to visit today, Miles was all smiles for her and he showed her how he jumps in his jumper. Miles was so proud of his teeth showing them off with his beautiful smile.
